Email communications
We follow the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email we send:

We send promotional text messages only to clients who have opted in, for example by checking the text-message box on our Membership Agreement or booking forms. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Emerald Wellness Spa at the number you provided.

Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run the spa, such as our booking and payment platform, website host and email or text delivery services. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Unpaid balances. As described in our Membership Agreement, we may share the information needed to collect an unpaid balance through lawful collection methods.

Health and intake information is kept confidential and used only to provide your services.
